The purpose of the Southwest Virginia Chapter is to provide education to community associations, individuals, public agencies, corporations, and other organizations which are members of the Chapter in the form of seminars, public forums, news agencies and other forms of education. CAI is the only national organization dedicated to fostering responsive, competent community associations.
CAI members include all types of association-governed communities, such as condominium and homeowner associations, cooperatives, and planned communities of all sizes; individual homeowners'; community managers and management firms; builders and developers; accountants, attorneys, lenders, insurance providers, reserve specialists, and other providers of professional services; public officials; and product and service suppliers-all working together to create more livable communities.
CAI-SWVA is the primary organization in the region dedicated to fostering vibrant, responsive and competent community associations. Our Chapter serves the educational, business, and networking needs of community associations surrounding regions within Southwest Virginia. Members include condominium, cooperative, and homeowner associations as well as those who provide services and products to associations.
Our mission: The Community Associations Institute of Southwest Virginia Chapter is the recognized leader in the region for education and advocacy to better enable those involved in community associations to lead and serve their organizations.
